1 - Product Defects(obvious defects on sizes,design and other severe mistakes caused by dshandbags.com)
2 - Wrong Delivery(1.you ordered "A" product,but we sent you "B" product, 2. deliver to a wrong address result in customer can't receive the bags)

Return process
1. The customers need to contact us by email to give us the reason of return, then you will get our confirmation, and follow all instructions we give you. order number and transaction number for the item should be first sent back to us, also we will send you return authorization number and return address information.
2. After you receive the confirmation and instrustions from us, please well package your products and ship to us. please remember Return for refund item must be send out to us within 7 business days and return for exchange must within 7 business days from the day you received the order.

4. When customer want to cancel the order without any quality issue happened. the customer can return the product, but the return shipping fees would be at the expense of the client. Moreover, you need to pay restocking fees per returned item. Restocking fees amount is $50/each which order amout under USD 500,Restocking fees amount $100/each which order amout over USD 500, products should be returned in a unused condition and original packaging.

2. the customer needs to send all the request and reasons for return to our mail address: dshandbag@gmail.com. Please choose " request Returns of item" as a title. In the letter the following issues are needed to state:
a. Your order ID number
b. The Transcation number
c. The names and quantities of Item(s) you want to return
d. The reasons in details for why you want make the return
e. The Tracking numbers when we agree to receive the products.
3. After we agree to receive the products, please send your tracking number to us. without tracking number emails to us in advance we will be refuse to returned refund or exchange the products.
4. Please promise and check first that all the returned items must be brand new and unused, and completely in unworn condition. make sure there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the products, keep in "New and unused" is the base of return, there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept to refund of exchange in the situation of lost or stolen parts; damage due to personal misuse or negligence; any item with any indication that it has been used. we will make a final inspection of your return products before your return is processed, if you return any physically damaged item to us ,we will refuse to process your request or the products will be returned to you at your expense.
5. The shipping costs and refund commission charge are deducted from the credit amount if this is not a free return.
